When cleaning staff commence work, they authenticate their attendance using a secure digital system with facial recognition or biometric fingerprint scanning, accurately recording their start time and confirming on-site presence. At the end of the shift, staff sign out through the same system, recording finish times. This is supported by a weekly digital site audit conducted by a supervisor, including notes, photographs, and a site rating. All data is available to Gen2 supervisors and clients through a secure client portal.

Gen2’s application-based site management system provides real-time alerts to cleaners, supervisors, and client representatives, showing which tasks are due, their scheduled time, and the expected timeframe for completion.
