Industrial & Manufacturing Cleaning
Gen 2 has been providing professional cleaning and facility services to the industrial and manufacturing sectors since 2006.
We understand that industrial environments require more than standard commercial cleaning. Our experienced teams develop site-specific cleaning programs designed around each facility’s operations, safety requirements, production schedules and individual risk profile.
Our services can be tailored across a broad range of environments, including factories, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centres, workshops and mixed-zone sites incorporating production, warehouse, office and staff amenity areas.
Our capabilities include:
- Factory, warehouse and production-area cleaning
- High-level and detailed periodic cleaning
- Industrial floor cleaning, scrubbing and maintenance
- Amenities, bathrooms, kitchens and staff facilities
- Offices, reception areas and administration spaces
- Loading docks, waste areas and external areas
- Scheduled periodic and specialist cleaning programs
- Site-specific cleaning methodologies and risk controls
- Digital task management, quality auditing and service reporting
Safety & Compliance
Safety is central to our industrial cleaning programs. Our teams are trained in WH&S requirements, site inductions, safe work procedures, chemical management, PPE and hazard identification, with site-specific procedures implemented according to the requirements of each facility.
Where sites contain mixed operational zones, Gen 2 can develop cleaning schedules, equipment controls and work practices appropriate to the different environments, helping minimise cross-contamination and disruption to day-to-day operations.
Through time-bound rostering, scheduled periodic works, quality-control auditing and digital reporting, we provide clients with greater transparency and accountability over their cleaning program.
Our objective is simple: to provide a safe, reliable and consistently high standard of cleaning while working around your operations, not disrupting them.
